At Town and Country Resort, sustainability buzzes with life... literally. In partnership with Encinitas Honey, the resort is home to an on-site beehive that supports local pollination and environmental stewardship. Honey harvested from the hive is used throughout the property, from culinary creations in our restaurants to the featured Citrus Honey Blonde Ale, available at Lapper, Monkeybar, Lap It Up and ARLO, and crafted in collaboration with Pure Project Brewing. This refreshing beer highlights the unique flavors of Encinitas Honey, offering guests a true taste of San Diego sustainability.
