We do have wheelchair accessible rooms available. Please call our reservations department at 800-772-8527 to make special arrangements.
Can I arrange amenities or gifts to be placed in the room? What do you offer?
Yes, we offer guests the opportunity to have local beer, chocolates, cheese and fruit boards as well as champagne with strawberries. You will be offered these choices during the booking process or just mention it to a member of our reservations team.
Which room amenities are available at Town and Country Resort?
All rooms on the resort have a hair dryer, desk or workplace, refrigerator, safe and in room free Wifi.
Are pets permitted?
Dogs are permitted in the hotel; however, they must weigh less than 30lbs and there is a fixed fee per pet, per stay ($75 non-refundable deposit). Terms and conditions apply.

We offer discounts for AAA/CAA, Military, Senior/AARP and government members. Dates and Availability may vary. T&C’s apply.
How do I book a convention or group rate?

Can I add a special request to my reservation?

What do I do if I have a billing issue?

How can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?
Early check in or late check out may be requested and is based on room availability.
How can I cancel or change my booking?
For cancellations or changes to your booking please contact our reservations team at 800-772-8527.
What’s the earliest I can check in?
For early check in requests, please call reservations team at 800-772-8527. Early check in may be granted based on availability.
What if I’m not there by 4pm? Will I lose my room?
All guaranteed reservations will be held until 12am midnight. Please contact the hotel if you will be checking in later.
Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance?
Our guarantee policy requires one night room and tax deposit upon booking.
What types of credit card can I use to guarantee the reservation?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
If your reservation is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email shortly after paying your guarantee deposit.
Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?

How many rooms can I book in one reservation?
The room reservation team can book up to 9 individual reservations. If you require 10 or more rooms, please contact the sales department via email at email@example.com.
Do I pay a cancellation fee?
One night deposit is charged at booking, this is non-refundable if canceled or dates changed within 24 hours of arrival.
How do I know that my booking has been canceled?
You will receive a cancellation email and number shortly after canceling your stay.
How do I connect to WiFi at the resort?
All rooms have access to our free wifi service which does not require a password.
Does Town and Country Resort have a pool?
Yes! We have two, the shallow main pool which can be seen from reception and the deeper Regency pool located beside the Regency Tower.
What are the opening hours of the pool?
Both of our pools are open daily from 7:00AM – 10:00PM
What are the height requirements for the waterslide?
Guests must be 48 inches (4 foot) tall to use the water slide, however guests under this height are permitted to use the slide so long as they are able to swim.
Is there a lifeguard on duty?
Yes, there is a lifeguard on duty at the main pool but not the Regency pool, lifeguard hours may vary and change without notice.

Are there opportunities to exercise at Town and Country Resort?
Yes! The regency tower has a state-of-the-art gym on the top floor which is open to guests age 16 or older. The resort also has a sand volleyball court as well as 3 acres of parkland.
What are the gym opening hours?
The gym is open from 6:00AM - 10:00PM
Do you have a laundry facility on site?
At this time we do not have laundry facilities/services for guests. However, the front desk will provide a number of laundromats and dry cleaners available in the area.
Do you have vending machines?
We do not have vending machines however we do have an on site store called The MRKT that sells food, drink and snacks.
Do you have a microwave on property?
Microwaves are available to rent at a fixed fee per night.
Transport / Location
What are the parking rates in the Main Parking Structure?
The first hour is $5 and each additional hour is $5. There is a daily maximum rate of $35. Overnight hotel guests only receive in/out privelages. We have 12 Tesla charging stations in the Main Parking Garage.
What is the distance to the city center?
Downtown San Diego is less than 7 miles from Town and Country Resort and is accessible via Trolley, Bus, Uber and Lyft.
How far is the hotel from the airport in a taxi?
San Diego International Airport is less than 8 miles away and approx. 20 minutes in a taxi.
Are there any public transport options available near Town and Country Resort?
Yes! The Fashion Valley trolley stop is located directly behind the property where you can also hop on several buses. We recommend using the apps Uber and Lyft to get around town.

Do you have a shuttle bus?
At this time we do not have a shuttle service, however there are many other services such as the trolley that provide transportation to and from the airport.
Is a reservation for dinner required?
Reservations are not required, however they are preferred. Particularly during peak season our restaurants can reach capacity and you are not guaranteed a table without a reservation.
What are the dining options at Town and Country Resort?
- ARLO – Town and Country’s award-winning restaurant serves innovative scratch-made cuisine, craft cocktails, regional wine and local craft beer on draft.
- Lapper - From street tacos to salads, sandwiches and nachos, Lapper is your go-to spot for delicious food in addition to tequilas, craft cocktails and local draft beer.
- Lap it Up - Bask in breezy bites and local draft brews, while kids chow down on favorites. For a cool treat, try a delicious blended drink or refreshing cocktail right from your poolside perch. There's no better place to linger, lounge, and lap it up.
- Monkey Bar - Just off the lobby, Monkey Bar serves small plates and shareable bites at the bar or around the fire pits on the sprawling patio.
- Trixie - Trixie is our vintage canned-ham camper. Since renovated into a bar, you will find her on the lawns around the property serving delicious and refreshing beverages!
- MRKT- Offering La Colombe Coffee Roasters coffee, breakfast sandwiches and burritos, wood-fired pizzas, specialty sandwiches and salads and more, THE MRKT is your go-to place for grab-and-go.
